I would not finance directly through them. I love the staff at the carthage location. Where I got my car, they are very nice people. But you half to deal with Phillip and staff at Ko. Ms location. Besides the receptionist, she was kind and apologetic.. They will not work with you or do an extinction if life happens no matter how good you paid in past. No promises nothing.. Your late fee is a 300$ tow bill plus whatever tow guy can pocket in your car. A day over thirty they will reposes it like theives in the night WITHOUT A WARNING. THEY CALLED THE DAY THEY GOT MY CAR, Couldn't answer, my phone, cash, life was in it the car. I had 200$ cash in the glove box stashed for my car payment I assumed I was paying Friday. .
I brought a 2004 yukon and a 2006 trail blazers in 2014 and haven't had any major problems . Its 2017 and im still rolling !

Sold me a lemon that broke down 2 weeks after l bought it. They fixed it it broke down again can't put me in another vehicle without $1000-$1500 down even though the car broke down and to top it off I still have to pay for a car I no longer have. They picked it up for repair and informed me they couldn't fix it. Won't be going back
