My wife and I were traveling from middle Tennessee and staying in Kosciusko overnight. We had a flat tire on our Honda Accord and Franks was the place I chose from the phone directory. Derek and Troy in the service department were great. My tire was repaired and they would not accept payment saying they did not want to profit from our misfortune. Thanks to both of them. The gentleman who repaired the tire was very courteous as well and placed our spare back in our car trunk and left the trunk area cleaner that when we brought it in! Thanks to all of them!
My husband and I had a great experience at Franks. Vincent went out of his way to ensure we were 100% satisfied at all times. I highly recommend this dealership for service and sales.
If I could give this place less than one star I would. My mother purchased a new equinox from this dealer a year ago, and purchased gap insurance. She totaled her car Memorial Day weekend this year and went to Franks and asked for help in filing her gap claim and canceling other products for refund. They were completely not helpful and told my elderly mother to go online and do it herself. Stephen franks himself told her that wasn't their place to do which is completely not the case. She test drove a traverse while there and Stephen nor Brian Rayburn (the "store manager") even asked her to purchase an automobile. The next morning she went to another dealer and bought a brand new traverse and got over 9K off of the price of the car. I'll never ever spend a penny here or suggest that anyone else does either. Awful people to deal with.
