This Penn's with it's food and salad bar do Not disappoint it is fantastic.The staff there are very welcoming and friendly. But there are 2 concerns that stand out the moment you go in the restaurant. First is the wait just to have your order taken by cashiers who have to be looked for slow day or not some one should always be there to greet and take customers orders. Secondly and this is even more obvious is the carpet floor which either needs to be seriously cleaned or removed. The syrup and gunk from spills has make the floor so sticky it's like trying to walk on a floor covered in molasses. If these 2 things are attended to I think they would see a major intake of customer visits.
I used to absolutely love this restaurant (the one in Kosciusko), but now I have a different opinion. The food was ok(not at all like it used to be). A man & woman, who had been there for almost as long as we were, didn't get served their order as they should have. They were skipped. Two groups that came in after the couple we're served first. That's not all either.. Policemen came in also and their orders were messed up too.
The cost is too high for the fish. Best fried livers I've ever ate.
Best grilled shrimp I've ever had! Great service! Can't wait to go back!!
We were heading up the Natchez Trace & got of in Kosciusko looking for something to eat. I love catfish so we took a chance on a local restaurant & we won. Very tasty, nice people, clean.
