Had to take a Rolex in to get the band adjusted. I went to Patterson's across the street and the service-man wouldn't even give me the time of day (no-pun intended, they were very rude). Gem Day on the other hand took less than 5 minutes and were super gentle with my priceless family heirloom WOULD RECOMMEND!! 5+ stars.
