The tax "Pro" made a major mistake on my 2015 return that has cost me $2441.00 , they gave the run around for a month, and then told me that H&R Block's Home Office decided not to reimburse me because I didn't buy their Peace of Mind insurance for an additional $40.00 when the return was done. I will never trust them again! They will never get another penny of my money. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau because they advertise a "100% accuracy guarantee", I feel that is false advertising since they don't advertise a "100% accuracy guarantee IF you buy an additional insurance policy"!!!
